About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our digital marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in creating and managing campaigns, flows, and automations in email marketing platforms.
* Help plan, launch, and optimise onsite campaigns and promotional activity to drive engagement and sales.
* Provide support across affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and other digital channels as directed by our Head of Digital.
* Monitor campaign performance, pull reports, and share insights to support optimisation.
* Assist with content updates and site changes to ensure an engaging customer journey and smooth functionality.
* Stay across digital marketing trends and bring forward fresh ideas to enhance our campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience).
* 1-2 years of digital marketing or ecommerce experience essential (freelance or junior role welcomed).
* Ability to design, build, and test emails in email marketing platforms, with an eye for layout, branding and copywriting.
* Basic design capability to create on-brand assets for emails and website campaigns.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager, Shopify, or similar.
* Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce engaging, consumer-focused content.
* Confidence in analysing data, identifying trends, and supporting optimisation decisions.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
* A strong team player with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
