ANKCorp is an advisory firm providing specialist services to businesses across the education market globally.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join ANKCorp to undertake the role of Sales Executive.
You will work to increase deal flow and manage the existing client base.
Your duties will include but are not be limited to:
* Maintaining the database of clients and staying in regular contact
* Sourcing new opportunities
* Coordinating advertising and marketing
* Arranging and attending client meetings
* Buyer and seller management
* Managing the exchange to the completion process
* Preparing and attending appraisals and memorandums
* Following up on all incoming enquiry from buyers
* Cold calling and relationship building
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role or sales role
* Ability to communicate & work in a team
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised
* Hold the ability to work well under pressure
* Great time management skills
* Commitment to customer service
Must have:
• Drivers Licence
• Clear Police Check
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or similar role
