**Purpose**
The primary focus is to plan, monitor and improve the delivery of preventative maintenance programs to improve
asset performance. Deliverables are driven by both customer driven targets (PR) and Essential Services
Commission (ESC) KPIs.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Manage deliverables in consultation with the Preventative Works Supervisor and ensure timely
communications throughout project delivery
- Arrange remedial works, internally or via contractors, including raising work orders and purchase
orders.
- Collaborate with the Networks Asset Operations Team in the planning and execution of
deliverables around Preventative Maintenance activities.
- Manage 'Notice of Repair' documents regarding customer defects on internal fittings.
- Undertake timely field surveillance and auditing of planned works to ascertain level of compliance
to standards
- Ensure accurate assets data is collected and effectively updated in CHW's GIS and asset
management systems to enable monitoring, tracking and reporting. This includes accurately
updating work order information in the field, directly after work activity has been completed
- Monitor, manage and support the achievement of ESC Key Performance Indicators during
preventative works
- Ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to including those in relation to safety, water quality
and environmental
- Ensure a positive customer experience for internal and external customers through proactive
communication and engagement
- Available to participate in an after-hours maintenance roster
- Undertake other duties as directed, commensurate with the current level of skills and the
classification
