We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deliver automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform within a large and complex enterprise environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing service management capabilities by delivering robust, scalable, and integrated solutions, while also providing technical leadership and guidance to uplift delivery standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including integration, automation, and workflow enhancements
* Deliver end-to-end technical solutions including design, build, testing, deployment, and support
* Develop integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
* Build and maintain custom spokes and reusable components within ServiceNow
* Provide operational and administrative support for the ServiceNow platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery outcomes
* Provide technical advice and recommendations to improve business processes and efficiencies
* Produce and maintain technical documentation aligned with enterprise standards
Highly Desirable Criteria
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, particularly Integration Hub and Service Catalogue
* Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware technologies
* Proficiency in PowerShell and .NET development
* Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation solutions
* Experience with MID Server configuration and system integrations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* ITIL certification and understanding of service management frameworks
* Experience working in large, complex or government environments
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist – Integration Hub)
* Experience with message queue technologies (e.g. Kafka)
* Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery environments
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Software Engineering
