Project Partnerships Officer

The Senior Partnerships Project Officer is responsible for reviewing project proposals and Investment and Asset Management plans from the Community Housing Sector and other partner organisations. The role focuses on optimising land use and housing outcomes in accordance with approved policy parameters and supports the Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy.

This role requires the successful applicant to have qualifications in property, development, commerce or related disciplines. They must also be able to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed and may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence. Some out of hours work and inter/intrastate travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and due diligence of project proposals and Investment and Asset Management plans
\
2. Optimise land use and housing outcomes in accordance with approved policy parameters
\
3. Support the Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy

4. Qualifications in property, development, commerce or related disciplines

8. Role Status: Short term contract up to 24 February 2026

9. Remuneration: $98,478- $104,165 (ASO6)
\
