About the Role:
This is more than just a Pharmacist position—it’s a chance to be a founding team member of a forward-thinking pharmacy.
You’ll lead daily operations, guide your team, and deliver exceptional care to a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and dispensary services
- Deliver expert medication advice and holistic patient care
- Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
- Supervise and mentor Interns, Pharmacy Students, and Dispensary Assistants
- Manage inventory and supply chains efficiently
- Help implement new services and business initiatives tailored to local needs
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Board of Australia, Pharmacy Guild, and QCPP standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service ability
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and accountability
- A team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to community health
- Experience or interest in working within a multidisciplinary health setting is a plus
