Job Summary
We are hiring an LICSW to provide virtual behavioral health services in a structured full-time role. This position involves working directly with clients to assess concerns, provide therapy, guide treatment, and maintain detailed records. The role is well suited for a clinician who values organized care delivery, steady scheduling, and effective therapeutic work in a telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one therapy through video-based sessions
* Assess mental health needs and establish clinical recommendations
* Develop treatment strategies tailored to each client
* Complete progress notes and required clinical records on time
* Monitor treatment effectiveness and support goal tracking
* Recognize urgent clinical concerns and respond appropriately
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
* Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
* Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
* Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
* Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
* Excellent communication and time management skills
