As a result of this growth, we are now seeking a Principal Consultant to take a lead in the delivery of recruitment assignments across construction. Our client list is as good as it gets, with agreements with global conglomerates covering Australia as well as a growing list of domestic companies operating in the space.
Brunel has put significant effort, investment and care into establishing their engineering specific supply agreements with some of the most desirable employers in the market. You will be walking into some of the best vacancies available in Australia.
**About this role**
This is a 360 role where you will use your knowledge of the market, relationship building skills and network to identify and build business opportunities with key contacts across construction
**About you**
Relationships are at the core of every great recruitment business, and we want someone on the team who genuinely enjoys hearing stories and engaging with technical professionals. This on top of your keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise in a sensible way will see you succeed. Your key accountabilities will be:
- Provide top quality service to key stakeholders via regular engagement and efficient sourcing.
- Build strong relationships within our existing customers by identifying new key contacts and effectively mapping organisations.
- Combine multiple sourcing strategies to deliver the best solutions possible for our clients.
