Mid-Senior Legal Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mid-Senior Legal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our lawyers and staff.
**Job Description:**
• Provide secretarial support, including responding to emails, taking phone calls, and preparing correspondence
• Assist with document preparation, including editing, drafting, and formatting documents
• Manage finance requirements, including invoicing clients, processing supplier invoices, and arranging trust payments
• File management, including opening, closing, and archiving matter files, conflict checking, and fee agreements
• General administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, electronic and hard copy filing, and mail
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with finance software, including Elite 3E or other similar systems
• A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
