Providing Exceptional Nursing Care
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide person-centred care that prioritises the dignity, well-being and quality of life for all individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
* Act as a leader, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to colleagues to support them in achieving exceptional patient outcomes.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures, protecting yourself, your colleagues and residents from harm.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older adults, coupled with a kind heart and empathy towards their unique needs.
* Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
* Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards, including AN-ACC assessment processes.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and families, using strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues, with the ability to adapt care plans accordingly.
* Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
