Senior Associate or Special Counsel Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Private Clients practice in Perth as a Senior Associate. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in high-profile estate disputes and complex litigation cases.
You will work alongside award-winning partners and senior lawyers with extensive experience. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services to clients and committed to creating an inclusive workplace culture.
The Private Clients section is comprised of approximately 45 team members nationally, led by award-winning partners and senior lawyers with extensive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage files and run matters through court proceedings effectively
* Work autonomously and collaborate with a dynamic team
* Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
* Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
Requirements:
* Between 5 and 9 years of experience in estate, wills and trust disputes within a large national law firm or specialist practice
* Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
