As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be part of a dedicated team that works together to provide exceptional educational programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the provision of a high-quality educational program that meets the requirements of the National Quality Framework (National Quality Standards) and the Early Years Learning and Development Framework (5 learning outcomes).
* Supporting individual developmental needs, abilities, and interests of all children in the program.
* Working cooperatively as a member of a team to develop good relationships and effective communication between families and Centre staff.
You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
* Current CPR & First Aid Certificate that includes asthma and anaphylaxis.
* Proven experience in supporting individual developmental needs, abilities, and interests of all children in the program.
* Ability to work as a member of a co-operative team and to assist in developing good relationships and effective communication between families and Centre staff.
* Demonstrated understanding of working with children with additional needs.
