Role
As a Foreman/Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with Project Managers to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will be an integral part of the team and play a major role in communicating with clients, programming works, managing subcontractors/workforce, allocating plant/resources and achieving site production objectives. Your style will be one that promotes teamwork, safety and you will have a high commitment to quality outcomes.
Requirements
To secure a role you will have a stable employment history, have worked your way up through the ranks and have a demonstrable history of successful/profitable project delivery. In addition, we are seeking;
* Experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects including earthworks, roads, drainage, concrete and asphalt.
* Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
* Experience with lasers and GPS equipment
* Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
