As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll support the Chef de Partie and broader kitchen team in delivering exceptional seafood dishes that reflect our brand's elegance and flair. You'll be hands-on in preparation, plating, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of seafood-focused dishes with consistency and finesse
* Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service across designated sections
* Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen protocols at all times
* Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new menu items and specials
* Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste minimization
* Support junior staff and foster a positive, respectful kitchen culture
