Our Digital Buildings Business creates integrated, multi-layered solutions that specialize in combining building services and intelligent automated systems. Our solutions enable owners, end users and custodians (Commercial buildings, Hospitals and Data Centers) to monitor, meter and control their assets in real time, reducing consumption and improving reliability and quality.


The Opportunity

Based in Perth, the Service Delivery Manager will report to the Regional Services Manager and lead a team of service technicians, engineers and specialists across HVAC, Controls, Energy Monitoring, Networking, Security, Cyber Security and Systems Integration. The role also involves identifying opportunities in field quotes and small works.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Deliver service and maintenance with a focus on client relationships and excellence.
* Support the development and progression of all people within your team.
* Maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive recurring work: maintenance, callouts, field quotes and SMWX.
* Communicate with staff to foster loyalty and retention whilst ensuring safe work practices and performance.
* Ensure maintenance schedules for contracted sites are completed and closed within the month allocated.
* Run operational meetings with customers and technicians to review and follow up maintenance status, works in progress, outstanding quotes and invoices.
* Manage and deliver on service operations' key metrics including utilization, maintenance commitment and NPS.
* Provide technical advice and support to the team of service engineers.

* Tertiary/trade qualifications in an engineering related discipline or a business qualification.
* Exposure to contract and portfolio management, including financial responsibility and key deliverables.
* Knowledge of customers' technical operations and the ability to offer value‑added solutions and proposals.
* Strong communication skills with an expectation to deliver value propositions.
* Support tender submissions, presentations and trainings to external and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met across the team.
* Excellent report writing and delivery skills.
* Strong PC skills in Excel, Word and Office.
* Sound organisation and time‑management skills.
* High level view of NABERS, Energy, Water & Indoor Environment Quality (Preferred).
* High level view of Building Management Systems (BMS) (Preferred).
* High level understanding of Information Technology principles such as cybersecurity, networks and servers (Preferred).
