Your role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to join Atlas Copco's Brand Portfolio Team in Blacktown.
This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to the Brand Portfolio Sales Team, Channel partners, and other internal and external stakeholders nationwide.
* Acting as the primary contact for all Inventory & Logistics enquiries and provide timely updates to sales teams and channel partners.
* Processing and managing orders accurately through CRM and ERP systems, ensuring smooth product flow and invoicing.
* Maintaining strong supplier and partner relationships to guarantee high service levels and resolve delivery issues promptly.
* Coordinating logistics and service requirements, including installations, repairs, and modifications with internal teams and external contractors.
* Monitoring and reporting inventory and order status, including stock sheets, back-order reports, and shipping confirmations

* Experience in administration and supply chain coordination, with strong organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database systems, with solid PC skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly detail-oriented and analytical, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of distributor sales channels and B2B processes (desirable but not essential)
