We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Director Assistant.


About the Role:

* Provide administrative support to the director, including daily calendar management and appointment organization.
* Assist with database management, market research preparation, and report creation.
* Ensure seamless listing and sales documentation processes.
* Support vendor and buyer servicing, client nurturing, and sales compliance.
* Liaise with various stakeholders, including vendors, buyers, and accounts managers.
* Contribute to event planning and organization.
