The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Telecommunications Administration Support professional who takes ownership, operates with precision, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
This is not a purely transactional administration role. It is a pivotal position supporting revenue-generating service teams, ensuring operational excellence, and directly contributing to customer experience and business growth.
For the right individual, this role offers visibility across service, operations, and carrier engagement — creating strong foundations for future progression within telecommunications and ICT.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end coordination of mobile, nbn, data, and cloud telephony activations
* Managing number porting, service amendments, and order lifecycle processes
* Liaising with carrier partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services
* Maintaining disciplined CRM accuracy and billing integrity for service and maintenance work
* Supporting Business Development Managers with proposals, documentation, and contract administration
* Proactively monitoring service and maintenance pipelines and identifying potential delivery risks
* Assisting with escalations and driving resolution outcomes
About You
* Proven experience in telecommunications administration or operational support
* Strong understanding of mobile, data, nbn, and cloud solutions (highly regarded)
* Commercial awareness and appreciation of revenue impact
* Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise
* Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
