We are currently seeking trainers/assessors who can deliver any or all of the following qualifications
AHC***** Certificate III in Horticulture
AHC***** Certificate IV in Horticulture
AHC***** Diploma of Horticulture Management
AHC***** Diploma of Agribusiness Management
We are looking for trainers who can become a key player at Brisbane College of Horticulture.
The job is available at either Brisbane, Cairns or Coffs Harbour
Candidates for the role must hold a TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or be currently enrolled, and about to complete their course.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications in any of the above programs or industry equivalence.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the horticulture industry is required.
Desired Criteria
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE*****) and/or a tertiary qualification in adult education or a related field.
Experience in assessment management, moderation, validation, and grading.
Familiarity with the aXcelerate learning management system or similar VET-based LMS.
Strong customer service ethic with the capability to build effective working relationships and develop community/industry networks.
Ability to adapt training to suit the needs of a diverse range of learners, including those with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
