The Digital Licence app program works with partners and stakeholders, across Queensland Government, other government bodies, and private industry groups and organisations, to deliver an app that is safe, secure, and meets the needs of everyday Queenslanders.
As the Manager Stakeholder and Change, you will be responsible for driving change across new digital delivery experiences that will impact the Queensland community including business, industry and other government agencies. Your leadership in organisational change and stakeholder management will ensure the program is strategically positioned, planned, communicated and successfully managed.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Developing overarching change and communication strategies, plans and playbooks to successfully embed new product and digital delivery models across government and its customers. Championing and taking a lead role in implementing change, working closely with project teams, Subject Matter Experts and all key stakeholders. You will need to take into consideration role changes for staff, training and engagement activities and any business activities required to integrate new processes and procedures of new products into their 'business as usual' environment. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including internal and external Media and Communication Teams and ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement, including developing appropriate engagement plans.
