Domestic Services Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the cleaning, linen, and waste management operations across North West Regional Hospital.
About the Role
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting teams, and working closely with clinical units to deliver critical services. You will be responsible for managing rosters, staffing, and resources, as well as supporting staff wellbeing, performance development, and training.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in delivering cleaning and waste management services in a large multidisciplinary setting. You should also have advanced rostering skills and experience working with information systems. Additionally, you should possess high-level communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including the ability to effectively coach team members.
