What You'll Be Doing:
Your days will be fast-paced and varied — perfect if you love keeping busy and being around people. Tasks include:
- Managing a busy switchboard and welcoming clients
- Supporting our sales team with admin tasks
- Creating awesome marketing materials for properties
- Processing documents, rental & bond payments
- Helping out at both our Ballajura and Ellenbrook offices
What We’re Looking For:
No formal experience needed — just the right attitude! We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and great with people
- Confident with written and spoken communication
- Super organised and has an eye for detail
- Tech-savvy (you’ll be using various programs)
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Holds a driver’s license (travel between offices required)
