Provide administrative and executive support to the Capital Markets Office & Metropolitan teams in Brisbane and ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.
About The Role
* Day to day administrative support to team of sales agents
* Draft and respond to correspondence, including Agency Agreements
* Diary and email management
* Complete expense reimbursements for the team
* Marketing and operations management of sales campaigns from end to end
* Management of Salesforce – contact management, update opportunities and pipeline
* Team administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
* Co-ordinate meetings, conference calls, travel bookings and client events and initiatives.
About You
* Prior experience working within an administrative or EA/ PA role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, in particular Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
