Griffith City Council seeks enthusiastic and motivated individuals for this permanent term appointment. The successful applicant will work towards a nationally accredited qualification, acquiring practical knowledge and skills while providing efficient, responsive, and courteous customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Customer Service Team as the frontline customer engagement point.
The ideal candidate will have good computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will work 35 hours per week, with salary and conditions including $803.30 per week plus superannuation, award increase applicable from July 2025, and pro rata annual leave.
