Undertake routine and preventative non-trade maintenance to mechanical plant, machinery, buildings and equipment. Maintain the gardens and grounds of the Campbell Town Health and Community Service facility.
The Team:
Maintenance responsibility falls under the Hotel Services Department.
The Role:
Undertake routine and preventative non-trade maintenance to mechanical plant, machinery, buildings, and equipment. Maintain the gardens and grounds of the Campbell Town Health and Community Service facility.
You will need to:
Be able to undertake minor/nontrade repairs and alterations to building, equipment, fixtures and fittings
Perform outside cleaning as per maintenance schedule and as required assist with cleaning duties where scaffolding or a ladder is required. This also includes the cleaning of the fleet cars.
Maintain lawns, gardens, waste and dirty linen removal.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual, position workingas and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:
$63,110 to $66,049 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
