Your new role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and building workflow solutions that support critical operations across the Group. Working within Financial Crimes Technology, you'll collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, contributing to strategic engineering goals and delivering high-quality software solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience designing and developing workflow applications using Pega 8.x and/or Appian Is a MUST
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
* Deep understanding of engineering best practices, architecture, and secure coding standards
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and automation tools
* Ability to analyse business objectives and deliver scalable, testable solutions independently
