The Role
The Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist works closely with our team to deliver high-quality services and solutions to our clients. This role involves maintaining, sustaining, and improving enterprise infrastructure systems to meet evolving client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking an individual who can contribute to the delivery of services to the satisfaction of our clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Deploying, monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting ICT systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software.
* Maintaining standard build templates and documentation for client systems.
* Ensuring the baseline configuration of client systems and environments.
* Responding to client ICT support services in accordance with ITIL Service Management.
* Providing remediation and stabilisation of client networks, inclusive of all support arrangements.
* Identifying areas for process optimisation and efficiency improvements and contributing to a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Essential Requirements
* Be an Australian Citizen.
* Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance (TSPV).
* Ability to work onsite (Canberra).
Desirable Skills
* A strong understanding of Windows-based systems administration.
* A strong understanding of VMware-based virtualisation technologies.
* Experience working with ITIL methodologies for IT service management.
* A sound understanding of relevant policies and frameworks for secure government systems.
* Strong understanding of the implementation of ISM security controls.
