What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):
* Owning the daily rhythm of the online store—launches, campaigns, collections, and content.
* Optimising product pages for conversion, storytelling, and search.
* Partnering with customer service to ensure every question has a clear, timely answer.
* Tracking and analysing online performance, then turning insight into action.
* Keeping Shopify humming—troubleshooting, tweaking, and fine-tuning.
* Aligning with marketing, wholesale, and operations to ensure one seamless brand voice.
