About the Company & Role
Our client is a food ingredient manufacturer supplying a diverse range of clients in the food industry. They are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team in Wetherill Park. This is a full‐time, permanent day‐shift role.
Responsibilities
* Develop, review and maintain HACCP flow charts for all production processes
* Conduct regular validation and verification activities
* Support internal and external audits
* Track and trend products and processes
* Develop and maintain the QMS and documentation
* Drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
* Previous experience in the food industry is essential
* Prior exposure to HACCP, GMP, CCPs is essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Robust attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
