Job Summary
As part of Donesafe's innovative SAAS platform team, you will collaborate with the sales organization to help our enterprise customers maximize the benefits of our product suite.
This role emphasizes motivation, soft skills, work ethic, and experience.
You will receive ample training to help you succeed quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity.
Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools and business infrastructure.
Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Donesafe product management and engineering teams.
Work with our implementation and referral partners to promote and resell Donesafe via presales engagements and partner enablement.
Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business and technical environment.
Provide product and subject-matter leadership for HSI business areas and industry segments.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with at least one analytics-based system, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platform supporting business process automation, reporting, and data management.
Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills.
Good listener & communicator: ability to gather requirements and ask the right questions.
Critical thinking: ability to understand, analyze problems, and identify solutions.
Problem solving: creative and collaborative with teams to solve business challenges.
Effective stakeholder engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.
Decision making: prioritize requirements, scope, and assess viability of solutions.
Documentation and writing skills: translate business needs into technical requirements.
Effective presentation skills: manage stakeholder meetings and communicate recommendations.
Nice-to-have
Technical background with a sales/customer orientation (1+ years).
Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures.
Cloud platform experience, such as AWS or Azure.
Specific experience in Safety Management (WHS) platforms.
Tertiary qualification favored.
