The Role
Working as a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end processing of export orders under EX Works (EXW) Incoterms. In this role, you will ensure products are manufactured, packed, documented, and compliant for handover at the warehouse. You will coordinate production schedules, domestic supply, inventory availability, and export documentation, ensuring international orders are export-ready, on time, and fully compliant. This role requires close collaboration with production, warehouse, and international teams, providing order updates, resolving supply challenges, and maintaining a smooth export workflow.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in supply chain coordination, ideally within food or beverage exports, and a strong understanding of EXW Incoterms and Australian export regulations. You are detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments where deadlines are critical. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
