This role works closely with the Director, providing exposure to senior decision-making and high-level client relationships.
This is a hands-on portfolio management role, ideal for someone confident managing complex commercial risks and looking for long-term stability and growth within a premium brokerage environment.
The Portfolio
* Approx. $2 million in gross written premium
* 200+ active commercial clients
* Mix of SME and mid-market accounts

* Commercial Motor
* Property
* Business Package
* Public & Products Liability
* Professional Indemnity
* Strata
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a diverse commercial portfolio
* Working closely with the Director on strategy, renewals, and key accounts
* Client servicing, renewals, endorsements, and placements
* Providing technical advice and tailored risk solutions
* Building and maintaining strong insurer and client relationships
Ideal Experience
* Strong technical capability across commercial motor, property, liability, PI, and strata
* Comfortable managing a sizeable and complex book independently
* Tier 1 General Insurance compliance
* Experience using WinBeat and OfficeTech
