About the Traineeship:
* Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week in an aged care setting over 12 months.
* Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning.
* Secure ongoing employment opportunities within TLC Aged Care homes in Melbourne's South East.
Eligibility: Must be an Australian Resident or Permanent Resident.
