HR Business Partner APAC (12 Month, FixedTerm)
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed-term basis, partnering closely with leaders across a dedicated APAC region.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Act as the primary HR contact for a designated region (6–7 sites, ~150 employees)
* Provide practical advice on employee relations, performance, and people matters
* Support core HR administration as required: recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, reporting, and lifecycle changes
* Support employee relations matters with a fair, consistent, and compliant approach
* Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement and people leadership
* Provide cover and support to other regions as needed to maintain business continuity
What we're looking for:
* Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational or multisite environment
* Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A pragmatic, collaborative style with confidence working with frontline leaders
* Comfortable balancing strategic partnering and administrative execution
