Job Title

Events Coordinator sought to lead the planning and design of in-person and online events, liaising with stakeholders to capture requirements. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistical arrangements.
* Develop and implement event strategies that meet the needs of stakeholders and align with organizational objectives.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver events on time and within budget.
* Serve as primary point of contact for external suppliers and internal teams.
* Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, registration, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, and guest speakers.
* Monitor progress, report to Event Manager, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.


Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in Event Management or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating events, preferably in youth and children's ministry.
* Strong knowledge of event operations, logistics, venue management, and catering.
* Excellent prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
* Well-developed relationship-building and communication skills.
* Advanced computer skills and familiarity with event management tools.
