About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our West Wodonga Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role, with Day, Night or Rotating shift available. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and service machines, including glue lines, roll-overs, conveyors, cylinders, belts, and automated systems.
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
Work with our skilled production team to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
Manage inventory and stock control of spare parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to production machinery.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
What You’ll Bring
Mechanical Fitter or similar trade qualification.
Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments.
Ability to fault-find and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
Passion for your trade and commitment to continual growth.
