We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join the team as Casual Truss Plant Operators. This is a hands‐on, physical role suited to candidates who are committed to safety, follow procedures, and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and plant on site (including forklift and loader if licensed)
* Load, unload and stack timber safely and efficiently
* Maintain site cleanliness and organisation
* Follow all WHS procedures and company policies
* Actively contribute to and promote a strong safety culture
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 7am - 3:30pm
* Friday: 7am - 1pm
Pay Rate
Timber Industry Award Level 4 - $33.38 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
Requirements
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Forklift licence (desirable but not mandatory)
* Reliable and able to commit to short‐term casual employment
