We have multiple exciting opportunities to join our KYC (Know Your Customer) contact team to assist with the uplift of the Banks regulatory requirements. This customer focused role will involve conducting outbound and inbound calls to ensure that our customer's details are up to date and meet BOQ's due diligence standards.
On a day to day basis, you will liaise directly with our customers to process, update and verify their identification and verification details - this is important to ensure we remain compliant!
You will be part of a super collaborative team, who work hard, but like to have fun along the way. This could be the start of your career in banking and we can't wait to watch you grow!
**About you**
What we would like to see however, is customer service experience. You will have a background dealing with a wide variety of customers from all backgrounds. You'll be a natural problem-solver, show a genuine level of empathy, and always put our customers at the heart of everything you do.
Banking comes with a lot of jargon, like KYC and AML, or even OCDD - but don't worry, we will have you speaking our language in no time at all!
