Insurance Specialist Role
You will be working in a dynamic environment, fielding general questions about CTP insurance, selling policies, cancelling others, and making amendments. This role is one of great variety and develops you into a subject matter expert while working with customers.
About The Position
* This is a full-time onsite role, Monday to Friday
* You will address all queries related to CTP insurance for our New South Wales customers
* Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
* Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
* Exceeding targets and enjoying the benefits
* Overcoming objections to close the deal
* Delivering awesome service to our clients
About You
* Prior experience in sales or customer service is desired but not required
* You should have passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
* You must have drive to excel in a results-focused environment
* Adaptability and willingness to learn with a solutions-focused mindset are essential
* Excellent communication and time management skills are necessary
