Accounts Payable data entry.
Performing regular stock takes and inventory management to maintain accurate stock records
Providing general administrative support, filing, answering phones, customer service and responding to inquiries
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office space and common areas
Supporting the broader team with any ad-hoc duties as required
Previous experience in an office administration or support role
Experience with parts/vehicles would be an advantage
Competent in using standard office software like Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and contribute to the overall success of the office
Australian work rights required
Availability to work flexible hours as needed for this casual position
