Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
This role involves maintaining all areas of the property to a high standard, performing thorough inspections, reporting faults, and undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance work.
* Maintaining the highest possible standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the property;
* Performing regular building and facility inspections, reporting any faults or issues immediately;
* Undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance work, including minor plumbing repairs, paint and Gyprock repairs, and minor electrical works;
* Liaising with contractors and ensuring quality of work completed;
* Cleaning and maintaining waste disposal areas, including rubbish bins and compacting equipment;
* Coordinating garbage removal from the property;
