Job Description
As a personal care assistant, you will work closely with people who need support with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also assist them with community access, such as social activities and outings. Your role will involve working within care plans and organizational policies to provide quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Yellow Card)
* Full COVID-19 Vaccination
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain)
* Current Queensland Driver's License

Others
• Personal care assistants will receive training for development and will be required to maintain competency in their role.
* The ideal candidate should have experience in Disability or Aged Care and relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services.
