About the Role
You'll play a key role in guiding technical direction, mentoring others and driving innovation within our Digital team.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale websites.
* Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including GraphQL, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs and other cutting-edge tools.
* Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and making critical architectural decisions.
* Practical experience with continuous delivery pipelines.
* Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience building scalable GraphQL services with TypeScript and RTK Query.
* Knowledge of microservice design principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
* Active participation in developer communities or Guilds, with experience presenting technical topics and sharing expertise.
