Lead Nurse - Residential Care
The role of Lead Nurse in our Residential Care team is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and support the coordination of clinical and care needs for residents.
1. You will be responsible for leading a team aligned to our values, ensuring that residents receive services that enhance their wellbeing and align with their preferences and needs.
2. Working closely with the Clinical Care Manager, you will collaborate with site management and central support services to deliver high-quality care across the RAC facility.
3. The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in Aged care and a strong understanding of resident-centered care.
