In this role, you will drive membership expansion by conducting outreach activities, generating high-quality leads, and inspiring individuals to take action that positively impacts their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
You will play a key role in retaining existing memberships through positive interactions, assisting with member inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service that motivates members to continue their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the growth of our sales revenue by utilizing effective sales promotions and referral campaigns.
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
* Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Create personalized member experiences through positive and proactive interactions.
* Ensure successful outcomes to member inquiries.
* Be responsible for opening and closing the club according to the roster.
* Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to maintain their fitness routine.
* Maintain regular contact with new and existing members to keep them engaged in their fitness journey, recommending club-based services that enhance their experience.
