Yamaha World & Royal Enfield is looking for a driven, people‑first Sales Manager to lead our showroom team and deliver an exceptional, trust‑based customer experience. This role is not just about motorcycles — it's about building meaningful relationships, understanding rider needs, and delivering consultative solutions that turn first‑time visitors into lifelong customers.

About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for driving performance, and ensuring every customer journey is professional, engaging, and memorable.
You'll set the standard for consultative selling, ensuring that we continue to build trust quickly, listen deeply, and match customers with the right bike, gear whilst offering the very best of retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed targets
* Drive strong showroom culture focused on trust, rapport and customer connection
* Own sales performance and delivery of agreed KPIs
* Ensure exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery
* Oversee stock presentation, digital assets, merchandising and showroom standards
* Work collaboratively with Service and Parts to deliver a seamless dealership experience
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in retail sales leadership (automotive or powersports highly regarded)
* Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly and authentically
* A consultative mindset – you listen first, sell second
* Strong commercial awareness and KPI‑driven mindset
* Passion for motorcycles and rider culture
