**ey responsibilities for this role include**:
- Assist with planning and implementation of maintenance services strategies:
- Support workshop team with tooling, technical advice, manning and maintenance administration.
- Work with stakeholders to determine most effective use of resources, and ensure maximum operational capability.
- Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner
- Provide effective leadership, direction and and advice to support the team, to accomplish business goals.
- Promote and enhance our Zero Harm culture
**The successful applicant will possess the following**:
- Loader RII (and relevant experience operating)
- HC Licence
- Dangerous Goods Accreditation
- Previous work history and experience as a site leading hand managing crews)
- Great work ethic, always looking for the next task;
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Positive, proactive approach to safety;
- Commitment to working as part of a team;
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service;
