The Role
As our Draftsperson – Autodesk Revit, you'll play a key role in transforming design concepts into detailed plans that guide the construction of beautifully crafted homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Producing detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections and 3D models using Revit
* Working closely with the design team to translate client ideas into practical, buildable solutions
* Ensuring all documentation meets building codes, regulations and industry standards
* Coordinating with consultants and authorities to support approval processes
* Assisting with tender and construction documentation
What You Bring
* 3+ years' experience as a Draftsperson, ideally in residential design
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other CAD/BIM tools
* Solid understanding of residential building codes and regulations
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Building Design or similar (highly valued)
