DP World is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead the safe, compliant and reliable operation of all high- and low-voltage electrical systems at our Fisherman Island Container Terminal.This senior technical role provides electrical leadership across maintenance, safety, compliance and asset performance in a 24/7 heavy-industry environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all HV and LV electrical systems in line with legislation, Australian Standards and DP World policiesDevelop and execute HV switching programs, issue HV Access Permits and supervise HV operationsDrive planning‐led, best‐practice electrical maintenance and backlog controlImprove asset reliability through fault analysis, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain HV/LV competency frameworks and ensure all authorised personnel are trained and compliantLead safety performance, risk management, incident investigation and statutory complianceCollaborate with Automation, Operations, Engineering and external contractorsProvide on‐call support to a 24/7 terminal operationAbout YouElectrical Engineering degree or high‐level electrical trade qualificationMinimum 5 years' experience in heavy‐industry maintenance environmentsStrong HV/LV electrical knowledge and regulatory compliance experienceExperience with industrial automation and drives (Siemens TIA Portal, Sinamics, ABB 800 series)Proven leadership capability with strong safety focusExperience using CMMS and managing maintenance budgets and projectsHold or be eligible for an MSICWhat We OfferExposure to state‐of‐the‐art automation technologiesA collaborative, safety‐focused engineering environmentOpportunities to work on technology trials and system improvementsLong‐term career development in a critical infrastructure settingCompetitive remuneration aligned with experienceAbout DP World DP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
