On September 26th, 2025 the Carducci Group are opening Eccoci. An all day bar & dinning room in the newly renovated, multi-award-winning Burnside Village, located in the heart of Adelaide's eastern suburbs.
Our venue will operate brunch, lunch, aperitivo and dinner, specialising in fresh pasta crafted in our purpose-built commercial pasta kitchen facility.
Our site is Strategically positioned on a prominent corner at a main entrance to the high fashion shopping precinct, alongside prestigious luxury brand retailers, and will be the premier hospitality experience in Burnside Village.

Eccoci will be our 28th Hospitality venue, a very sophisticated flagship modern Italian restaurant and bar, delivering traditional Italian flavours and food, showcasing the latest dishes from Italy complemented by a 20 seater horseshoe cocktail and wine bar. The Carducci Group current portfolio of businesses are Eccoci(Burnside), Eccomi(Norwood) and Cucina Classica.
We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager who can lead from the front. This role involves shaking a mean cocktail, pouring the perfect pint, and pulling a flawless Italian espresso shot. If you love coffee culture and the buzz of a busy restaurant, this is the perfect fit for you
Requirements:
A minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a busy venue.
Strong skills in both coffee-making and cocktail preparation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
Passion for hospitality and beverage trends.
Financial acumen and drive to achieve results set by the restaurant manager
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, from morning coffee service to late-night cocktails.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas and bartenders.
Create innovative drink menus, including signature cocktails and specialty coffees.
Maintain stock control, ordering, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Work alongside management to hit sales targets and deliver memorable customer experiences.
